The author listed in the corner of the latest print edition cover of National Review (writing about Andrew Sullivan) has a familiar name:
Skimming the online version, I see the author apparently writes for this blog and Dust in the Light. Interesting development.
All right, Justin!! Whoa! Our man from RI on the cover of NR! Bravo!

Congrats, man, you've earned it. Perseverance pays off, my friend. Now, just entrench yourself, for as you know, a blogwar may be about to begin. To paraphrase, "The Bully has been tripped!" Don't worry, there are those of us in the playground who will lend a hand, if required (though I suspect that Anchor Rising's very own David can handle this particular Goliath). Again, kudos and keep up the great work.
Justin: Your thoughtful, hard work has paid off. The first of many such steps, I am sure. Congratulations! Don

Posted by: Andrew at December 24, 2004 8:53 AMWell, after a month, it seems as if the gauntlet thrown has not been taken up. Instead, we have a note (second item) stating that Mr. Sullivan will be going on hiatus. He states it wasn't the critics, etc. Nonetheless, one wonders: could Justin's NR article have been the "Tipping Point"?
