Best wishes on your speechafying. I'm going there straight from work, so I should be there before 4pm. It will be nice to go to a protest at the State House which isn't asking for things from government, but rather asking for relief from the excessive burdens of it.

To me, taxes isn't the primary issue, it's excessive borrowing to support irresponsible spending.

PS Do you think Pat is jealous that you've been invited to speak, but he has not?

Uh, have you seen some of the literature sent to Obama and other officials that says, "You've been teabagged"?
Justin and Red, your own peeps should've thought about the double entendre before sending that kind of stuff out to promote this event (or you should've called it something else - try consulting the Urban Dictionary next time, and this kind of embarassment may have been avoided). But if you want to be a moral scold today (and turn off the likes of Bob Healey and the anti-tax cause's libertarian contingent) instead of addressing taxes, it's your call.

Rhody, i'll be the first guy in the crowd to throw rotten tomatoes if this thing gets off track, but i can think of nothing more pathetic than counter protesting that is not in objection to the theme of the event but to the political idealogy of many of the people there.
