RE: Voter Fraud in Florida

As Patrick points out, while, apparently, voter fraud happens in Florida, it can’t happen here….right? Breitbart has more:

A local Florida station invented an unprecedented way to check for voter fraud: jury excusal forms. NBC2 compiled a list of jury excusals based on not being a citizen of the United States and compared it to a list of registered voters in two counties. They discovered almost 100 illegally registered voters, many of whom had voted multiple times. “I vote every year,” one woman told NBC2, despite the fact that she is not a US citizen. The woman had told the court that she couldn’t serve on a jury because she wasn’t a US citizen, but she doesn’t seem to have a problem voting like one.
Based on the NBC2 investigation, local election offices say they’ll now request a copy of every jury excusal form where residents say they can’t serve because they’re not a citizen.

Here is part 1 and part 2 of the complete report from NBC2 in Florida.

Misappropriation of voting machines lead to eight hour lines in poor districts, telephone jamming, fake felony lists and conspiring to change electronic counts are all well known Rethuglican crimes.
Reminds me of Katherine Harris’s massive purge of eligible voters in Florida. Harris, along with state division of elections director Clay Roberts, and Governor Jeb Bush used an inaccurate ineligible-voter list that eliminated a large number of non-felon African Americans from Florida voter rolls.

A little historical factoid for purposes of context. Women had the right to vote in New Jersey, from the inception of the republic until 1807. In 1807 their right to vote was taken away for massive voter fraud “Women and girls, black and white, married and single, voted again and again”. This episode formed the excuse for a statute which restricted the franchise to free white males.
As presumptive Democrats, Sammy and OTL must recall that the graveyards of Chicago elected J.F. Kennedy.
One might say that voter fraud is as American as apple pie. Hence the political catch phrase “vote early, and often “.
