State Senator Christopher Maselli (D-Johnston) Indicted for Bank Fraud
From Amanda Milkovits of the Projo 7-to-7 blog…
State Sen. Christopher B. Maselli, D-Johnston, was federally indicted Thursday on seven counts of bank fraud.
A spokesman for U.S. Attorney Peter Neronha confirmed the indictment Friday morning.
To quote Gomer Pyle, “Surprise, surprise, surprise!” Well, not really.
Meh, he just happened to get caught.
My question is “Why are you falsifying your income to buy a $25K car?”
It does give an insight into how the budget happens though… When we’re lead by people who make false statements in order to extend their leverage beyond what they can reasonably pay back, what do you expect?
the guy is lying that his income is just over $100k per year. does that mean he is making less? and has $1.5 million in debt?
so how much money did he really make?
how about the papers trying to be nice once, this person has hurt no one,it all about his personal mortgages, not one lose a penney. and who of us out there has not got a lone and said i think i made x when it reely z . the FBI should be ashame of this indictment.
YOU fright this mr Maselli, this happen because your name ends in i.look the fed playing policits again is it just funney you were indicted just befor the elecion. we stand behine you
This person committed fraud an you want to stand behind him, why so you can be next? I am curious to find out whether or not he took cash out of closing (attorneys know how to play that game), de-frauding the banks more money based on the homes inflated valuations.
Hey anthony. you can charge anyone with fraud. wake up. if the bank was ok with it after looking at the same papers. then ask yourself. what going on. all his lone are paid.
