Although the case does not appear to be concluded in a final way, Superior Court Judge Susan McGuirl has dismissed a lawsuit by Bill Felkner against Rhode Island College, which he filed in 2007 after finding the social work department to be biased against him for his conservative beliefs.

Just the fact that this case has been moving through the courts for 14 years is interesting to note.  Thus do people spend big chunks of their lives attempting to resolve their disputes.
